Caesar Paet founded and started Cadmus Properties in 1984. With the exception of four years in banking, he has been involved in real estate, specializing in property management. His real estate career began while attending the University of Hawaii working part-time as a bookkeeper for a small real estate company. He went on to work for Loyalty Enterprises and First Hawaiian Bank, gaining experience in real estate management and banking. He has completed numerous advanced real estate courses and holds several designations including the prestigious CCIM designation and served as a Vice-President and the President of the Hawaii CCIM Chapter. Mr. Paet has also served on numerous committees with the Honolulu Board of Realtors and served as co-chaired the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee and also served as a Board of Realtors representative on committees working with the Real Estate Commission.
